Yes, of course! If you have specific measurements or details like heiht or sleeve length, feel free to let me know and I can adjust the sweater for you.
On average it takes up to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and my current workload.
Each item is carefully packed with thoughtful little extras like a care card and a small wool wash sample. Gift box is also available as an optional upgrade for an additional cost.

Payment is made PayPal. You can pay for your order using your PayPal account or a linked credit/debit card. Please note: If you cancel your order after it has been processed or shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
Shipping is available to Europe, Canada, Australia, Moldova and other countries except the United States. You can manually enter the city or country when placing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected We recommend that you double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel. Shipping costs are added to the price of the item. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 weeks.
Production time All items are handmade to order. Estimated production times: Socks - 2-5 days. Mohair sweater - 5-7 days. Lopapeysa - 7-10 days.

Exchange and return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, provided that the product and all tags on it are preserved. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. Return or exchange is not possible for products that have been used or washed.
Return or exchange is carried out in the original packaging with all inserts, gifts and branded packaging (box or textile bag) preserved. Goods of proper quality are not subject to return if the factory integrity of the hanging plastic label-seal with the company logo is violated. To arrange an exchange or return, you must contact our manager. By confirming the order, you agree to the terms of return.
Procedure for registration and processing time for the return of online orders
1. The date of actual sending of the return must be no later than the 10th day from the date of receipt of the goods. 2. Before returning the parcel, please contact me by sending an email to vorobiovadaria@gmail.com 3. Refunds after receiving the parcel and approval of the return are made within 10 calendar days. The money will be credited to the same card or PayPal account from which the purchase was made. Please note that the speed of the refund depends on the processing by your bank.
The warranty period for all products is 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend that you read the care instructions on the product label. The seller is not responsible for defects resulting from improper use or care of the product.
The warranty does not cover:
Wear during use
Tears, cuts, abrasions and burn marks on the fabric
Pallets, hooks and tightenings
Yellowing, oxidation or rust on fittings
Other defects resulting from improper use, care, storage or transportation, actions of third parties or force majeure
